The challenge
The Learning and Skills Council is responsible for the funding and planning of education for over 16 year olds in England. Together with COI, LSC recognised the need for more detailed marketing solutions for two of its brands, nextstep and Adult Learning Grant.
What did we do?
For each brand, we designed and delivered:
- Communications, collateral and market review
- A tailored marketing and communications plan, adapted into a simple format for stakeholder use
- Customer segmentation and quota insights, and options for more innovative future approaches
- Collateral development market research, among further education colleges and students.
What was the breakthrough for TDA?
Our work was delivered against challenging milestones to enable Marketing Collateral to be uploaded for annual event deadlines; our clients, COI and LSC, recognised the contributions made, the insights provided, the techniques shared and the teamwork culture. LSC has gained improvements in how it communicates the Adult Learning Grant and nextstep to potential applicants for further education.
