We believe measurement should always be used as a dynamic, active tool, not just an information gathering, box ticking exercise.
That’s why we design all reviews, evaluations and audits into the process at the strategy stage. This way, everyone involved in the project knows from the beginning what the desired outcomes are – and what success will look like.
We also practise what we preach. All our clients receive project feedback questionnaires, so they can tell us what they think about our performance. And we frequently change the way we do things, based on their comments.
Helping the TDA get its money’s worth
We carried out a value-for-money review of the marketing activities that
the Training and Development Agency use to recruit teachers. Its purpose

Evaluating for Orange
We were asked to review the training and support Orange was giving its dealers
and distributors. We investigated both groups’ training needs, evaluated
how well these were being met, then made recommendations and developed
