Well thought through and meaningful propositions are vital to any product or service. We have a very simple and effective definition of a proposition, looking at it from a customer perspective – ‘What is in it for me?’
We often find that propositions are driven by ‘inside out’ thinking, whereas the start point should always be the customer and therefore ‘outside in’.

When West Sussex County Council needed a new proposition that put the customer at the heart of transforming its services, they asked us to help. Keeping market share
EDF Energy (then London Electricity) called us in at the time when the business energy market was being deregulated. They asked us to help them defend their market share of the attractive London and South East region, which was being targeted by other organisations.
