Well thought through and meaningful propositions are vital to any product or service. We have a very simple and effective definition of a proposition, looking at it from a customer perspective – ‘What is in it for me?’

We often find that propositions are driven by ‘inside out’ thinking, whereas the start point should always be the customer and therefore ‘outside in’.

The people’s council
When West Sussex County Council needed a new proposition that put the customer at the heart of transforming its services, they asked us to help.
