The No Time Limit (NTL) application is for individuals who already have indefinite leave to remain (ILR) but need proof of their status.
Eligibility
You may apply if you:
- Have ILR in an old passport or expired document
- Need to transfer your status to a biometric format (eVisa)
- Are unable to prove your status digitally
Important Information
- NTL does not grant new immigration status, it confirms existing ILR
- You will receive digital proof of your status after approval
